No celebration is complete without some chatpata flavour. This is our live station in action, frying up crispy patties for our innovative Edamame Falafel Chaat.

A classic for a reason. Aloo Tikki Chaat served with fresh mint chutney, yogurt, and onions, presented beautifully in rustic earthenware.

My Ambala ke Gol Gappe, elegantly presented in a three-tiered stand with various flavoured waters. It's a burst of tangy, spicy, and sweet luxury in every bite.

We do the essentials perfectly—think thin-skinned, crispy Golgappas with perfectly spiced water, and Aloo Tikki fried to a golden crunch. But we also like to have some fun.
