We transform traditional street food into interactive culinary experiences. From live Samosa Cannelloni stations to Dal Makhani Fondue, we bring art, flavor, and excitement to your event.

This chaat platter is a feast for the senses, showcasing the sheer variety we can offer. It features miniature Vada Pavs, Palak Patta Chaat, and Kachoris, providing a comprehensive taste of Mumbai's best street food in one beautifully arranged spread.

A signature creation by Chef Nita Mehta, this Samosa Cannelloni Chaat deconstructs a classic. A crispy samosa cone is filled with yogurt and chutneys, offering a sophisticated, no-mess way to enjoy a favorite snack.

Our Dal Makhani Fondue is a perfect example of our fusion philosophy. Creamy, slow-cooked dal makhani is served as a warm dip with bite-sized bread rolls for a comforting yet elegant appetizer that always gets people talking.

This video shows our chef preparing a live Marwari Khowsuey. It's a unique take on the traditional Burmese dish, adapted for the Indian palate with regional spices and condiments, all assembled fresh for each guest.

A closer look at our Dal Makhani Fondue setup. The rich, creamy dal is kept warm in a traditional brass pot over a candle, served alongside soft bread pieces for dipping, making it an interactive and engaging dish.

An example of our creative chaat presentation, curated by Chef Nita Mehta. Here, a savory mixture is served in individual terracotta kulhads, garnished with pomegranate seeds and crispy sev for a rustic yet refined look.

A delightful platter featuring two of our popular chaat items. On the left, you see Matra served in charming kulhads, and on the right, crispy Palak Patta Fritters, showcasing our ability to serve both classic and innovative Indian snacks.

This is our live Moradabadi Dal station in action. A chef serves the flavorful lentil dish into traditional kulhads, garnished with fresh toppings and served with crispy biscuit-like roti, offering a unique and regional specialty.

A close-up of our bhel puri served in traditional terracotta kulhads. This presentation style not only looks beautiful but also adds an earthy flavor, elevating a simple street food snack into a gourmet experience.
