About Meet Your Coach
When you train with me, we don't just count reps; we focus on how your body moves through your day. My sessions are designed for real people with real lives—whether you're managing desk stiffness or trying to build core strength to keep up with your kids, we will work on form and control, not just the burn.
My approach to Pilates is rooted in one thing: functional fitness. You will not find me pushing for aesthetic perfection or crash courses. I have been a coach since 2011, and the biggest lesson I have learned is that we need to train for the life we actually live. If you can move well, play with your kids without back pain, and feel energetic throughout your workday, that is a win.
Whether we are working on a mat or reformer, my focus remains on form and conscious movement. I keep the sessions grounded. We start with the basics, respect our limits, and build from there. It is about creating a relationship with your own body. If you have been hesitant because you think Pilates is only for the flexible, let me tell you—it is for everyone.
When we train together, it is not just a workout; it is a session with your tribe. Yes, we work hard, but we also laugh, and sometimes, a little reel post-session toh banta hai!
