About Coffee, Console & Side Tables

When buying a center or console table, don't just look at the shine on the surface. The real test is the base. Whether you want a marble top or wood, the structure must be rock solid. I see too many tables with weak legs that start shaking in three months because they aren't weighted or joined correctly. If you want a piece that stays firm and looks good, bring your sketch to me and we will build it right.

Most of the 'fancy' tables you see in ads look good for a few weeks. The problem starts when the material isn't what it claims to be.

Why the inside matters

I use high-quality SS 304 metal with PVD coating for my bases. This won't rust or lose its shine, unlike the cheap paint jobs you find in mass-market stores. If you prefer a wooden base, I use genuine Teak wood, not processed cardboard or cheap particle board that sags under the weight of a stone top.

Materials I work with

  • Stone Tops: I use Nano White, Kalinga stone, or authentic natural marble. These are heavy and durable, so the base must be engineered to hold that specific weight.
  • Metalwork: My PVD gold, rose gold, or matte black finishes are treated to resist stains and scratches.
  • Woodwork: Teak and walnut finishes with proper joinery, not just staples and glue.

Customization process

If you have a design from an interior magazine or a specific size requirement for a compact Mumbai flat, that is exactly what I specialize in. You don't have to settle for standard sizes. If your living room needs a round table to soften the sharp edges of your sofa, or a slim console for a narrow entryway, we build it to those exact dimensions.

I don't believe in quick-fix furniture. When we make a table, we consider how you will use it. Will you put heavy books on it? Will kids be climbing around it? We build for the reality of your home, not just for the photo.

I’ve been making furniture since 2010, and I’ve seen enough wobbly tables to know that the secret is in the frame. I don't just put a top on some legs, I design the structure to handle the weight and daily use. You give me a design, I make it work for your home.
