About Rattan & Cane Furniture

When you shop for cane, most people only look at the weave. That is a mistake. I insist on using seasoned Teak or Sal wood for the structure because if the frame moves, your cane will sag and snap within a year. In my workshop, I use a specific tensioning method for the weave so it stays tight even after years of humidity and daily use.
