Custom Upholstered Sofas & Sectionals
Structural Build
- Internal Frame: Chemically treated Sal or Marandi solid wood reinforced with 18mm commercial plywood (IS:303 grade).
- Suspension: High-tensile elastic webbing (Niwar) interwoven base with zig-zag springs for bounce.
- Legs: Solid Teak wood (Walnut/Rosewood finish) or PVD Coated Metal (Gold/Black).
Cushioning (The Sandwich Technique)
- Base Layer: Rebonded foam (80-100 Density) for structural firmness.
- Core Layer: 40 Density High Resilience (HR) foam for longevity.
- Top Layer: 32 Density or Super Soft foam for initial sink-in comfort.
Finish & Fabric
- Upholstery: Choice of Suede, Velvet, Boucle, or Premium Leatherette (covers base fabrics up to 600 INR/meter).
- Styles: Modern Boxy, L-Shaped Sectionals, or Curved designs.
- Details: Includes piping and basic stitching.

Mechanism & Utility
- Conversion: Heavy-duty metal Click-Clack (fold down) or Pull-out Trolley mechanism.
- Storage: Built-in box made of 18mm/12mm plywood for linens and pillows.
- Sleeping Area: Opens to approx. 5ft x 6ft (Standard Queen).

- Foam: High-density mattress-grade foam (40D) to ensure a flat sleeping surface that does not sink.

Hydraulic Storage Upholstered Beds
Core Structure
- Material: Full 18mm Commercial Plywood (Termite resistant) for the main box. No particle board used.
- Lift System: Heavy-duty hydraulic gas pumps (150kg+ lift capacity) on a robust metal mattress frame.
- Internal Finish: White laminate or paint finish inside storage boxes for hygiene.
Headboard & Design
- Headboard: Custom shapes (Arched, Extended panels) with Vertical Paneling, Block Tufting, or Deep Buttoning.
- Comfort: 2-3 inch foam padding on the headboard for back support.
- Cladding: Full fabric matching on side rails and footboard.
Installation
- Service: Includes delivery and on-site assembly.
- Note: Mattress is NOT included.

Table Top

Just because furniture looks fancy in ads doesn't mean it's made to last. I’ve been building furniture myself since 2010, right here in Mumbai. What you see is what you get, and the inside matters way more than the outside.

2010 pasun furniture madhe aahe (been in furniture since 2010), so I’ve seen the whole scene change. Before, it was all jhol (messy), now it’s full corporate. Changla aahe (good for business), but fake offers everywhere. 5000 rupaymadhe sofa? Don’t fall for it. Ek customer Ulhasnagar gela, lakh kharcha, sofa foam 2 mahinyat fatla (spent a lakh, foam ruined in 2 months). My kaam (work) is simple - real quality, not cheap traps.
