About Learn The Moves: In-Studio Training
We keep training raw and focused on solid technique. When we work on acrobatics or flips, we use professional 4-inch blue foam crash mats to ensure you land safely while pushing your limits. Every session starts with guided conditioning to build strength before you attempt any power moves, ensuring you learn to control your body properly.
Training at the Core
Our studio training goes beyond just learning steps. We focus on the foundational Big 4 elements of breaking: Top Rock, Down Rock, Freezes, and Power Moves. Whether you have never danced before or you are looking to refine your flow, our instructors break down the movements so they make sense for your body.
What happens in a session?
- Conditioning: We start with warm-ups to prepare your joints and prevent injury.
- Technique: We spend time on specific movements, like the Baby Freeze or Chair Freeze, with individual corrections.
- The Cypher: This is where you learn to express yourself. We encourage everyone to jump into the circle to freestyle and learn how to interact with other dancers.
- Acrobatics: For those interested in flips, we provide a safe environment with crash mats and professional spotting.
We are based in Jangpura, South Delhi, and offer flexible training options ranging from single-day fundamentals crash courses to 3-day intensives. Our goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable to mess up, try again, and eventually find your own swag. We do not just teach steps; we share the mindset that helped us represent India on international stages.
