We focus heavily on structural integrity, using food-grade doweling and separator systems to ensure your cake stays flawless from the first photo to the final toast. We also handle on-site assembly for our larger wedding centerpieces to keep everything perfect until the moment you cut it.
Every wedding or anniversary cake we create begins with a blank sheet. We do not use templates because we believe your celebration is unique. Our process starts with understanding the scale of your event, your color palette, and the venue environment to ensure we select the right ingredients and support structures.
Why Structure Matters
In a city like Mumbai, temperature and humidity are constant factors. For our tall designer cakes and wedding centerpieces, we use only 100% butter-based Swiss Meringue buttercream or high-quality chocolate ganache. We never use non-dairy whip, which provides stability in our tropical climate. We also offer specialized air-conditioned transport for all multi-tier orders, ensuring the cake arrives looking exactly as it did when it left our Andheri West kitchen.
