About Outdoor Adventures & Events

Most of our outdoor sessions are scheduled on weekends to break the gym monotony and let us soak up some fresh air. If you are worried about your pace, don't be. Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps or training for a full marathon, you will find a partner to walk, talk, and laugh with. We don't just exercise; we build a support system where nobody gets left behind.

Beyond the Gym Walls

We believe movement is a celebration, not a chore. When we take our 'Deer Angels' tribe to places like Lalbagh Botanical Garden, the focus shifts from counting reps to enjoying the journey. These outdoor sessions are designed to refresh your mind, improve your stamina, and build a sense of community that you simply cannot replicate inside a building.

What to Expect

Our outdoor calendar is dynamic. Some weeks we focus on endurance walks, while other Sundays are reserved for team games, partner workouts, or boot camps on the turf. We often share our schedules in advance so you can plan your week. You don't need fancy gear—just your comfortable walking shoes, a water bottle, and that 'Strong Hudugi' (strong girl) attitude. Come join us; the fresh air is waiting.
