When we designed the FedEx reception, we avoided the standard corporate look, choosing instead to combine raw concrete with warm wood to create a welcoming, modern impression. Similarly, our work with the Vis-a-Vis art incubator focused on blurring the boundary between indoors and outdoors, using floor-to-ceiling glass to create a space that feels open and airy.

The Process

We manage the project from the initial concept to the final handover. You will receive detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to manage costs and prevent overruns, alongside full Good for Construction drawings. By using VR walkthroughs, we validate design decisions with you before construction starts, ensuring the final output matches your vision perfectly.
