End-to-end architectural layout planning, mood boards, and material palettes. Includes high-definition 3D renders and Virtual Reality (VR) walkthroughs to visualize space volume before execution. Covers detailed BOQ and site supervision.
Civil & Hard Finishes
Installation of premium Italian Marble (e.g., Statuario, Grey Williams) in living areas and high-grade engineered wood in bedrooms. Includes gypsum punning for straight walls, false ceilings with cove lighting, and Lustre or PU paint finishes.
Bespoke Joinery & Kitchen
Custom wardrobes built with 18mm ply carcasses and premium veneer shutters finished in PU polish. Modular kitchen setup features quartz countertops, acrylic or glass shutters, and built-in appliance provisions. Uses soft-close hardware from brands like Blum or Hettich.
Electrical & Lighting
Execution of complete lighting layouts using magnetic tracks, COB spotlights, and profile lights. Wiring is fire-retardant grade and compatible with automation switchgear.

Architecture & Civil Structure
Site-specific architectural planning optimized for terrain slopes and views. Covers complete civil execution including excavation, foundation, RCC frame creation, masonry, and high-performance waterproofing for terraces and basements.
Facade & Glazing
Installation of large-format, floor-to-ceiling slimline aluminium or UPVC windows. Exterior cladding uses natural textures like rough-cut Kota stone, Laterite blocks, or weather-proof wood composites.
Interior Fit-out
Premium interior finishing featuring seamless terrazzo, oxides, or natural stone flooring. Bathrooms include premium sanitary ware (Kohler/Grohe) with rain showers. Includes piping and installation for VRV air-conditioning systems.
Landscape & Lifestyle
Construction of swimming pools with infinity edges and filtration systems. Includes hardscaping for outdoor decks, gazebos, and pathways to integrate the structure with the surrounding landscape.

My Story
We’re DCA, but really, we’re just folks who love spinning stories with stone, steel, and a splash of sunlight. From a plush house by the sea in Daman to our own BKC office, every space is a new tale.
