Striking Skills: Punches & Kicks
This is the core of our combat training. I teach kids the fundamentals of kickboxing and boxing in a safe, high-energy environment. They learn proper form for punches, kicks, and combinations using equipment like punching bags, focus mitts, and kick pads.
In the Ring: Safe Sparring
Sparring is where skills are tested. I ensure all sparring is 100% safe with mandatory kid-sized headguards, gloves, and constant supervision. This teaches them control, timing, and respect for their training partners.
Warrior Conditioning: Strength & Speed
A fighter is an athlete first. My fitness drills are designed for young athletes, focusing on functional strength, agility, and stamina. We use everything from hurdles and ladders to bodyweight exercises like planks and bear crawls to build a strong foundation.
Ground Control: Grappling & BJJ Basics
Fighting isn't always on your feet. I teach the fundamentals of grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) on a fully matted floor. These drills build real-world strength, leverage, and control in a safe, hands-on way.
Mind & Body: Yoga for Young Warriors
A true warrior is disciplined in both body and mind. Our yoga sessions are designed for kids to improve flexibility, balance, and core strength. It also teaches them to focus and calm their minds after an intense workout.
Work Hard, Play Hard
I believe that kids learn best when they are having fun. While my training is tough, I always mix in games and fun activities to keep the energy positive. A happy warrior is a motivated warrior.
My Squad: Community & Events
We are more than just a class; we are a team. This is my squad. We train together in the gym, in the park, and even compete in local events, always supporting each other.
