This is where it starts. Learning the technique, one kick at a time. Here, a young warrior practices a tornado kick, building coordination and power. It's not about getting it perfect on day one, it's about the discipline to practice.
We learn to fight, but with full respect and safety. This is a controlled sparring session where two young warriors test their boxing skills, wearing full headguards and gloves. This is how they build real confidence.
Strength isn't just about fighting. My squad learns discipline through tough conditioning drills like bear crawls and planks. We work together, we push together, and we get stronger together. No excuses.
We build athletes. This isn't just martial arts; it's total fitness for young athletes. From rope climbs to box jumps and medicine ball work, I make them strong, agile, and ready for anything.
A warrior needs focus and a strong core. We mix in yoga and flexibility training to improve balance, prevent injuries, and calm the mind. Look at the determination in these kids holding the wheel pose.
One on one attention is key. I work closely with each kid on their boxing technique, correcting their form and teaching them proper defense. This is how we build a solid foundation for their martial arts journey.

About Featured
Consistency is the only rule here. If a kid takes three days off, their stamina drops, and that’s a step back. We hold them to a 6-day training schedule because grit isn't built on weekends only. We push them hard, correct their form on the mats, and make sure they earn every drop of sweat.
We aren't a regular after-school class. At Delhi Combat, we train kids to be Yoddhas—strong, disciplined, and ready for anything. The training is split into three core pillars: striking, grappling, and functional conditioning.
The Training Setup
Safety is non-negotiable. We conduct all drills on 1-inch thick EVA puzzle mats. When they are on the bags, they use 4ft to 6ft Xtremex heavy bags. For sparring, we insist on kid-sized headguards and gloves. They go all out, but the risk is managed.
How We Build Athletes
We don't believe in boring reps. Our kids' fitness sessions involve:
- Agility Drills: Speed ladders, 6-inch PVC hurdles, and plyometric boxes to build explosive movement.
- Resistance Work: Partner-assisted running with heavy-duty rubber bands.
- Technique: From Tornado kicks to basic boxing footwork, we fix the form until it’s fluid.
We train in Rohini and Model Town. Whether it is Yoga for focus or CrossFit for stamina, the goal remains the same: sweat, learn, and grow. This is a family—a squad—where they learn to handle the tough days because that is where the warrior spirit grows.
