This is where I share the moments that capture my path beyond the mat. It is a mix of discipline, reflection, and life as I know it.

Just cruising through life, one good vibe at a time. This path is about finding balance in all things.

About Additional Shots

You might see me teaching a kata or competing at a national level, but these shots capture the quiet discipline that defines my practice. Balancing the intensity of Budokon Karate with sound healing is not just a profession for me. It is how I stay grounded for my son, Yugan, and my Enge family.

Martial arts is often viewed through the lens of competition and physical power. While I compete at the national level and hold a 5th Dan Black Belt, that is only part of the story. I spend as much time focusing on the mental stillness required for true growth. Whether I am in the dojo at Marathahalli or Horamavu, my goal remains the same. Progress over perfection.

My students often ask how I maintain balance. It comes from constant practice, both inside and outside the dojo. I treat every session as a way to learn, whether we are working on Nunchaku techniques or conditioning drills. When you step into my classes, you are not just signing up for a workout. You are joining our Enge family.

I lost my Amma, but her strength guides my teaching. I aim to create a space that is as much about character building as it is about physical defense. If you are looking to get stronger mentally and physically, this is the right place. We start slow, build consistency, and grow together.

I am a father, a husband, and a 5th Dan Black Belt, in that order. My life revolves around balancing the power of Karate with the peace of sound healing, always keeping my late Amma's strength in my heart.
