Competitive Yogasana: My Journey & Your Path
I am a national level competitive yogasana athlete and I provide dedicated coaching for state, national, and open championships. My training is aligned with Yogasana Bharat, ensuring you are prepared for officially recognized competitions and can follow a clear path from state to national levels.
Advanced Asana & Strength Conditioning
My classes focus on mastering advanced postures by building a strong and flexible body. We work on challenging arm balances, deep backbends, full splits, and inversions, all grounded in the principles of Kundalini energy and breathwork to develop a true Yogi-Warrior.
