About this collection
You are not just learning moves here; you are building a foundation. In my sessions, we focus on the precise mechanics of Kalri-N-Ryu karate and functional yoga. Whether you are aiming for a competition medal or simply want to build genuine confidence, the training is rigorous yet accessible. We work on high-density EVA mats to ensure your safety while you push your physical limits.
My Teaching Philosophy
Martial arts is about more than just fighting. I follow the principle of dimaag mein gyaan, peeth pe taakat—wisdom in the mind and strength on the back. My training covers the full spectrum: Indian Karate, self-defense, and advanced yoga conditioning.
What You Get
- Systematic Training: We cover foundational stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks. We also focus on Kata for focus and Kumite for sparring reflexes.
- Self-Defense: Learn practical tactics that work in real-world scenarios, not just competition settings.
- Yoga Integration: Flexibility is crucial. I include yoga asanas and stretching to improve your range of motion for kicks and overall athleticism.
- Weapons: Senior students gain exposure to Bo staff (laathi) handling and nunchaku.
Classes and Scheduling
Our group sessions are sized at 15-25 students to ensure I can watch every kick and stance. Classes run for 60 to 90 minutes. I also offer private 1-on-1 coaching if you have specific goals like grading preparation or need accelerated learning. Training happens at our main academy in Nagarbhavi and our spot at the Sri Durga Parameshwari Temple in Chandra Layout.
Whether you are a beginner taking your first class or a student preparing for a national championship, the focus remains on discipline and progress. Join us to build a strong mind and a capable body.
