Here, I showcase the consistent success of my students in various competitive arenas. My training methodology is proven to build champions at the state, national, and international levels in both Kumite (sparring) and Kata (forms).

Training at the Dojo: Forging Skill & Spirit

A look inside our daily training where discipline and technique are honed. We focus on fundamental karate skills like stances, punches, and kicks (Kihon), as well as dynamic Kumite (sparring) drills and Kata (forms) to build practical reflexes and mental sharpness.

Weapons Training (Kobudo): Nunchaku & Bo Staff

My teaching extends beyond empty-hand techniques to include traditional weapons, an essential part of comprehensive martial arts. Students learn the discipline and skill of handling the Bo staff (laathi) and Nunchaku, improving coordination, focus, and overall control.

Peak Physical Conditioning: Yoga & Strength

A strong body is the foundation for a strong martial artist, which is why every session incorporates fitness and flexibility work. This includes advanced yoga asanas for balance and control, dynamic stretching for kicks, and power drills like tile breaking to build confidence.

The Path of Progress: Belt Gradings & Achievements

I take great pride in the journey of each student, marked by dedication and progress through the ranks. This section shows our formal belt grading examinations, where students demonstrate their learning to advance, and also highlights my own continued learning within the karate community.

My teaching is rooted in the respected lineage of the Self Defence School of Indian Karate and the Kalri-N-Ryu style. I honor my gurus and the traditions they passed down, focusing on building both mental wisdom and physical strength in all my students.
