I often incorporate yoga and deep stretching into my group sessions. Here, I am instructing my clients on proper alignment in poses like the lizard pose to improve hip flexibility and strength.
After an intense round of Surya Namaskar, I introduce my clients to Dand Baithak, or the Hindu push-up. This advanced yoga and strength move builds incredible upper body and core power.

I provide specific, low-impact modifications so you can build strength safely without skipping the workout.

Whether you join my studio classes in Rohini or train online, you can expect a high-energy flow. We focus on integrating breath with movement to calm the mind while the body works hard.
