As part of my 100-day challenge, I dedicated a day to 108 Surya Namaskars. This is a powerful practice for building endurance, improving flexibility, and it can be a great cardio alternative.

I often incorporate yoga and deep stretching into my group sessions. Here, I am instructing my clients on proper alignment in poses like the lizard pose to improve hip flexibility and strength.

After an intense round of Surya Namaskar, I introduce my clients to Dand Baithak, or the Hindu push-up. This advanced yoga and strength move builds incredible upper body and core power.
