The Fighter's Discipline: Muay Thai & Strength Coaching
Discipline isn't a mood. It's a choice you make when you'd rather stay in bed. I train you for the fight in the ring and the battles in your life.
It's about drive, it's about power. This is the raw intensity of Muay Thai training. Every strike is a demonstration of focus and commitment.
"Log soch rahe hain parinda haar maan raha hai." People think the bird is giving up. But he is preparing for a great flight. Solitude in training is where you get to know yourself and prepare for your biggest battles.
It's not over until I win. This is the mindset required to push through when the lights are off and nobody believes in you. The work done in the dark is what creates a champion.
Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret. The choice is yours. Training in nature, surrounded by the elements, connects you to a raw and primal source of strength.
Be proud, but never satisfied. Shadowboxing on the beach is a way to connect with the rhythm of the art, perfecting form and movement in a peaceful yet powerful environment.
Ready for whatever comes next. Whether in the gym or outdoors, the fighter's stance is a reminder to always be prepared, stay grounded, and project positive energy.
A reminder for every athlete: every day you show up is a win. We get so focused on the final victory that we forget to celebrate the daily progress. Acknowledge the small wins.
A glimpse into the different facets of my life, from the sharp focus of a fighter to the moments of reflection. It's all part of the same journey.
About The Fighter's Discipline
Most gym sessions focus on numbers on a screen, but my training at Roar Combat Fitness is about building functional grit. We start with a 75-minute diagnostic session where I test your mobility, baseline strength, and aerobic capacity. This isn't for everyone. If you are looking for a gentle workout, look elsewhere. If you are ready to break your own mental cage and do the real work, let's talk.
I don't just teach techniques. I teach the mindset required to stay in the fight when you are exhausted. My coaching style is rooted in my own journey—from professional Muay Thai competition to a near-fatal illness that forced me to learn how to walk again. When you train with me, you are getting the same protocols I used to rebuild myself.
My Approach to Training
- Multi-Joint Foundations: We prioritize squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. If you cannot move heavy weight effectively, you aren't ready for advanced combat drills.
- Conditioning for Reality: You will do burpees, battle ropes, and sledgehammer strikes. We don't chase aesthetics; we chase work capacity.
- Comeback Strategy: Many of my clients are coming back from injury or long breaks. I specialize in identifying your current limitations and building a roadmap to get you back to your peak, safely but aggressively.
Location & Environment
We train primarily at Roar Combat Fitness in Banashankari, Bengaluru. It is a no-nonsense environment where the focus is on the work, not the ambiance. Whether we are doing heavy compound lifts or practicing Muay Thai drills, the goal remains the same: improvement. You show up with intent, and I provide the structure. I also offer hybrid sessions for OCR prep, getting you out of the gym and into the field for running drills and grip work. This is real, usable strength that translates to the ring and the street.
