Mindfulness and Concentration Classes for Kids
I help children build inner calm and sharpen their focus through playful activities, breathing exercises, and guided meditation, right here in our C.R. Park studio.
We play a lot of games designed to increase focus and concentration. Here, the kids are using straws to move small items, a simple activity that requires a lot of control and attention.
From breathing exercises to fun games with balloons and hoops, we keep kids engaged and happy while building important life skills like focus and coordination.

We start or end many sessions with positive affirmations. Hearing the children say "I am confident, I am enough" helps build their self-esteem from the inside out.
After a guided meditation, we sit and discuss what everyone experienced. It's a peaceful way to end a session, encouraging reflection and calm.
Our ocean-themed day included a mindful yoga flow inspired by ocean waves. We also created these beautiful coral reef sensory crafts.
About Mind & Body: Focus & Mindfulness
Many parents ask me, 'How do you get them to sit still?' The secret is that we don't start with silence. We start with movement. Whether it is balloon games, hula hoops, or sensory tracing, we use up that extra energy first. Only when the children are tired and happy do we move into our 'calm zone' with guided meditation, allowing them to feel grounded and ready to learn.
Building Calm Through Play
I believe that for children, mindfulness is not about sitting perfectly still for hours. It is about understanding their own energy. In our sessions, we combine high-energy play with structured, quiet reflection.
We start with active focus games—like using straws to move small items or balancing tasks—that require hand-eye coordination and patience. This helps children release their physical energy before we transition into our meditation practice.
The 'I Am Enough' Philosophy
This is the core of what we do. We sit on our mats, chant Om, and practice our daily affirmations: 'I am confident, I am enough.' This ritual is powerful for kids. It teaches them that being calm is not about being bored; it is about feeling strong and capable. It helps them build emotional regulation and self-esteem from the inside out.
Why Small Batches Matter
I keep our batches very small, with only 4-6 children. This allows me to give every child personal attention, ensuring they feel safe to participate, speak up, and be themselves. We don't just teach techniques; we create a space where children feel heard.
Whether your child is struggling with concentration in school or just needs a stress-free outlet to express themselves, my goal is to send them home feeling a little more confident and curious. If you are in South Delhi and looking for a supportive environment for your child to grow, come by the studio. Let’s help them discover their own inner strength.
Curious Minds DIY
I’m the heart behind Curious Minds, and I believe every child has the spark to be calm and confident. I use simple, joyful practices—like Om chanting and fun sensory games—to help them find their inner strength, because I know that when kids feel enough, they truly shine.
