In our adult classes, we focus on practical drills. Here, students are sparring and practicing their boxing combinations with partners. This helps improve timing, distance management, and defensive reflexes for street self-defense.
Wrestling is a core part of our training. This drill focuses on takedowns and controlling an opponent against a wall, a common scenario in a real fight. It builds functional strength and teaches leverage.
Here you can see our students working on their power and technique. One is practicing dirty boxing against the padded wall, while another develops his striking on the heavy bag. This is how we build relentless fighters.
About Adult Group Classes: Train with the Parivaar
In our group sessions, we don’t run on treadmills. You’ll be on the mats working on takedowns, drilling boxing combinations, or conditioning with bodyweight circuits. It’s gritty, honest training where you’ll learn how to actually defend yourself while getting a hell of a workout.
Training That Works
This isn't about looking good in a mirror. It's about being ready. We focus on Muay Thai, Boxing, and BJJ fundamentals that actually translate to real-world scenarios. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your striking, our sessions are built around live interaction. You’ll spar with partners of different weights and skill levels, which is the only way to test what works under pressure.

When you train alone, it’s easy to quit when things get tough. Here, you have the team—the parivaar—pushing you. We use what I call 'Desi' conditioning methods like partner carries alongside modern MMA drills to build functional stamina. You aren't just here to sweat; you are here to build fight stamina and learn to stay calm when things get rough.
Practical Details
We are located in Laxmi Nagar and keep our classes flexible with month-on-month payments—no long-term contracts. We believe that if you want to be here, you will show up. We provide access to heavy bags, wall pads, and a full matted floor for grappling. If you are ready to put in the work and leave your ego at the door, you’ll find a place on the mats with us.
