I'm Pavan Sikarwar, and at Combat MMA, we don't just teach techniques—we build resilience. Whether it's street survival, kids' safety, or competitive MMA, we train hard to keep our 'parivaar' (family) safe.

I believe self-defense starts with knowledge, not just punches. Here, I am conducting a workshop for school students, teaching them practical ways to escape a kidnapper, use their natural weapons like teeth and nails, and most importantly, how to not panic in a dangerous situation.

This is what real pressure looks like. I am coaching one of my fighters, Tannu, during a competitive MMA match. You can hear me giving instructions like "अंदर घुस के मार के पीछे बाहर आना है" (get in, hit, and get out). This is how we apply our training to win.

We start them young. Here, I am training our kids' batch, teaching them basic boxing combinations with focus mitts. My goal is to build their confidence and teach them discipline and control from an early age, ensuring they know how to protect themselves.

Our adult class is a mix of men and women, all training together as a team. This video shows a typical group session where everyone is practicing their striking combinations. We build fitness and fighting skills in a supportive environment.

A fight doesn't always stay standing. I teach my students how to control an opponent on the ground using grappling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. This is a crucial skill for self-defense, especially when a stronger attacker tries to overpower you.

This is our parivaar. I am incredibly proud of Team Delhi for their performance at the national championship, bringing home a truckload of medals. This picture shows our champions and the strong community we have built together.
