We teach kids more than just fighting. Our Laxmi Nagar dojo builds confidence and discipline through real-world safety skills and physical conditioning.
This is our kids' batch in action, practicing their karate and boxing stances. They learn coordination, focus, and the basics of striking in a fun and disciplined environment. These are the future warriors of our club.
Sparring is where we test our skills safely. These two young fighters are in a controlled match, wearing full protective gear including headguards and body protectors. This builds their courage and teaches them how to think under pressure.
I am proud to stand with one of our young champions after her victory at the Inter-club MMA & Grappling Championship. Her gold medal is a result of her hard work and dedication. This is what our training can achieve.
About Kids & Youth Training: Building Future Warriors
Kids training here isn't about aggression; it's about control and safety. We use full protective gear—headguards, chest guards, and gloves—so your child learns to strike and grapple safely while building physical coordination. It is real-world conditioning for the playground and beyond, focusing on reaction times and calmness under pressure.
Training Beyond the Ring
I don't just teach kids to punch; I teach them to be smart and aware. Every session at our Laxmi Nagar club is designed to move your child away from the 'victim' mindset and toward a 'warrior' mindset. We focus on practical skills that actually matter in a crisis.
What We Cover:
- Anti-Kidnapping & Stranger Danger: We run drills on how to spot predatory behavior, how to shout for help effectively, and how to use body weight and leg-wrapping techniques to prevent being dragged.
- Good Touch/Bad Touch: We create an open environment where kids learn boundaries and how to voice their discomfort confidently.
- Natural Confidence: Through Karate and Boxing stances, your child learns how to stand tall, keep their guard up, and look an attacker in the eye.
- Physical Discipline: We incorporate gymnastic-style warmups and agility drills to build speed, making them faster and more alert.
