About Meet Your Instructor
You don't need a dance background to join my sessions, just the willingness to keep moving. Whether you catch me leading a batch at Gold's Gym or in my personal studio, my focus is purely on getting your heart rate up and keeping you consistent. If you are nervous about starting, don't be, because we treat everyone here like family—akka and anna—and the only requirement is showing up ready to sweat.
Fitness isn't just a job for me; it is a way of life that started on the track and moved to the studio. My philosophy is simple: 'Mehnat ke dam par kamyaab honge' (you succeed on the strength of your hard work). Whether we are hitting a high-intensity cardio session or focusing on aerobic endurance, I don't believe in excuses or waiting for luck to change your health.
My classes are designed to be accessible. We mix Zumba and aerobics to keep things dynamic, ensuring you aren't just counting reps but actually enjoying the movement. You will find me conducting sessions six days a week, both in the mornings and evenings, to fit into your busy schedule. We prioritize consistency over intensity in the long run.
When you walk into a session in Rajahmundry, expect a 60-minute block:
- 5-7 minutes of warm-up to prep your joints and muscles.
- 45-50 minutes of continuous movement, combining Zumba steps and aerobics drills.
- A cool-down phase to help with recovery.
You won't find complicated choreography here. The goal is heart rate elevation and keeping you active for the full hour. If you are looking for a community that cheers for your progress and keeps you accountable, this is the place. We keep class sizes managed so I can personally engage with everyone. Bring your water bottle, wear comfortable shoes, and leave the stress of the day outside the door.
