Simple Choreography for High-Energy Dance Fitness
Forget complicated steps that take weeks to learn. My classes use a simple 'watch and follow' method designed to get you moving, sweating, and smiling from day one.

About this collection
You do not need any prior dance experience to join these sessions. We focus on a 'watch and follow' style where I break down high-intensity moves in real-time, allowing you to focus on heart rate elevation and cardio endurance rather than perfecting technical dance forms.
My approach to dance fitness is simple: leave your worries at the door and match my energy. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, improved flexibility, or just a mental escape after a long day, the routine is built to be accessible to everyone.
The 'Watch and Follow' Method
We combine Zumba-style rhythms with high-energy aerobics. There is no complicated choreography to memorize. I lead, you follow, and we keep the beat moving for a full 45-50 minutes. This method ensures you stay in the cardio zone throughout the session, which is far more effective for building stamina than stopping to learn complex steps.

- Inclusive Atmosphere: Whether you are at our Gold's Gym sessions in Rajahmundry or at my private studio, you are joining a fitness family. We call each other 'akka' (elder sister) and 'anna' (elder brother), creating a supportive space where no one is judged.
- Consistent Routine: Classes run from Monday to Saturday. By keeping a fixed schedule, we build the discipline necessary for real results—because as I always say, 'Mehnat ke dam par kamyaab honge' (you will succeed on the strength of your hard work).
Getting Started
We offer both drop-in sessions for those who want to test the waters and monthly memberships for those ready to commit. Bring a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and your energy. You do not need to be a pro, you just need to show up.
