About this collection
You don't need to worry about complex choreography here. My 'Watch & Follow' method means I lead the routine and you mirror the moves, keeping your heart rate up without the pressure of learning any technical steps. You just show up, sweat, and have fun.
Every session is designed to keep you moving, whether you are a beginner or looking to ramp up your cardio. We follow a clear, 60-minute structure: a 5-7 minute warm-up to get the body ready, 45-50 minutes of high-intensity intermittent cardio mixing Zumba and aerobics, and a cool-down to finish strong. We focus on consistent movement to improve your heart health, flexibility, and overall endurance.
Classes are held at Gold's Gym and my private studio in Rajahmundry. Depending on the batch you choose, you might be training on wooden floors with central AC or in a dedicated studio space with fans. Whatever the venue, the energy remains the same. We operate on a 'fitness family' vibe where everyone supports each other, so you will always find a friendly face in the group.
I believe in hard work, or as I say, 'Mehnat ke dam par kamyaab honge.' You do not need to be a dancer to join. If you are looking for a weight loss program, a stress buster, or just a fun way to stay active, this is the place to be. We keep the choreography simple so you can focus on burning calories and elevating your mood, not on getting the steps perfect.
