About this collection
You do not need to be a dancer to join us. My classes are all about 'Watch & Follow' choreography, so you just show up, keep moving, and let the music lead the way. Whether you join our morning or evening batch, you will walk out having burned calories and made new friends, with no prior experience required.

What to Expect
- Format: Each 60-minute session mixes Zumba and aerobics to get your heart rate up without feeling like a boring workout.
- Difficulty: We focus on easy-to-follow moves. If you can move to the beat, you can do this.
- Energy: Expect high-intensity cardio, loud music, and a room full of people cheering for each other.
Schedule & Location
We run batches from Monday through Saturday to help you build a consistent routine.
- Morning: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
- Evening: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Classes are held at either Gold's Gym or our dedicated Vijay Dance Studio on Ava Road. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to shake up your current routine, come ready to put in the work. Remember, success comes from 'mehnat', and the best time to start is today.
