Proper form is key to getting the most out of any workout. Here, I'm demonstrating a lunge, one of the foundational movements we incorporate into our Zumba routines for lower body strength.

About Meet Your Instructor

My classes are built on one simple rule: the only wrong move is not dancing. You do not need any previous dance experience or fancy footwork to start. I focus on keeping things fun with a mix of Zumba, Bollyzumba, and Zumbhangra rhythms, making sure you leave the session feeling powered up, not drained.
