About Meet Your High-Energy Instructors
Our instructors are not just there to demonstrate moves. They are here to correct your form in real time on Zoom, celebrate your progress, and keep the energy high even on days you feel like skipping. You are not just following a recording; you are training with a real person who knows your name and your goals.
Sang ka rang chadhta hi chadhta hai. This is not just a catchy phrase for us, it is the core of how our team operates. When Shiv, our founder, swapped his engineering career for fitness, he did it because he realized that health is just as much about community as it is about discipline.
We have a team of 18 trainers who bring their own flavor to the sessions. Whether it is Kimi leading a high-intensity Zumba routine or Isha and Mansi teaching rhythm and confidence to kids, the focus remains on progress over perfection.
What you get is structured guidance. We do not believe in just shouting instructions. We believe in building an environment where you feel comfortable to mess up, laugh it off, and try again. Whether you are joining our early morning strength batch or an evening Bollywood dance session, you get direct feedback. We keep the groups intimate enough so that no one gets lost in the crowd. We count down every rep with you, guide your posture, and ensure that you leave the session feeling stronger than when you started. Let's go.
