When I say it is a party, I mean it. We swap the monotony of counting reps for the joy of movement. My classes are structured to burn calories, but the primary goal is to release stress. Whether we are moving to Reggaeton, Cumbia, or Soca, the focus is always on feeling strong and free.

Practical Details
My sessions are hosted at Fitness Empire in Marathahalli, Bengaluru. We run evening batches on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The studio is air-conditioned and has a great floor, so all you need is comfortable shoes, water, and your energy. Whether you are a first-timer or someone looking to switch up your cardio routine, you belong in this group.
