About Endurance & Running Training

I don't just put you on a treadmill and leave. We mix outdoor track sessions for form correction with gym work to build your core and strength. You will learn my 'gear' philosophy here. Knowing when to push and when to pace yourself is what separates a casual jogger from an athlete. If you are ready for some asli mehnat, we can start.

Building the Athlete's Mindset

Running is not just about the legs, it is about the head. When I coach, I focus on the 'ziddi swabhav' or the stubborn determination required to keep going when the lungs burn. We don't chase quick results. We chase speed and stamina that lasts.

The Hybrid Training Approach

My sessions in Noida are designed to cover all bases:

  • Outdoor Sessions: We use local parks and tracks for long runs, breathing control, and posture correction. This is where you learn to manage the elements and simulate race conditions.
  • Indoor Strength: I integrate treadmill sessions with gym work. Expect planks, medicine ball routines, and lat pulldowns. Strengthening your core and upper body is non-negotiable if you want to avoid injuries and maintain form during long runs.
