Fitness isn't like making Maggi, it takes time. I focus on real athletics coaching and functional fitness, helping students and adults in Noida build a disciplined, champion-level foundation.

This is where we build explosive power. A young champion works on his speed and agility with non-stop hurdle jumps in our indoor gym facility.

Training starts young. Here, I am guiding one of my youngest athletes through outdoor hurdle and cone drills to build a strong foundation in speed and coordination.

We build functional strength together as a team. My young athletes are doing sandbag lifts in the park, a great way to develop real-world power and endurance.

This is why we train. I am incredibly proud to see my students selected for the national games. Congratulations to my champions on their well-deserved victory.

I practice what I preach. Here are my personal stats from the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon, showing my own commitment to athletic performance and endurance running.

Correct form is everything. I provide one-on-one guidance to ensure every exercise, like these assisted pull-ups, is done safely and effectively for maximum results.

I don't just focus on the treadmill. My training blends outdoor track drills with gym-based functional strength because true athletic speed comes from raw power. Whether it's agility ladder work in local parks or specific endurance runs, we train for real-world performance, not just looks.

My Approach: No Shortcuts

I believe that jeet-ta wahi hai jo samay par gear laga deta hai (winning needs timely effort). Career ho ya fitness, short-cuts kaam nahi karte. At Future Champ Athletics Academy, I don't give you a fancy routine that looks good on camera but does nothing for your stamina. We build your ziddi swabhav (stubborn determination) through consistent, planned physical exertion.

How We Build Champions

My training is structured based on your goal, not a generic plan:

  • Athletes & Students: We use agility ladders, hurdles, and shuttle runs to build the basics of speed and height growth. If you are prepping for school sports or state/national level games, this is where you start.
  • Adults & Fitness Enthusiasts: We mix gym sessions—using machines, dumbbells, and medicine balls—with outdoor track runs. Whether you want to lose weight or prep for the Delhi Half Marathon, we focus on correct form and breathing to ensure progress without injury.
  • Defense & Police Prep: For those chasing a uniform, I conduct specialized bootcamps. We focus on recruitment metrics like the 1.6km run, pushups, and sit-ups with timed trials to simulate test-day pressure.

Where To Find Me

I coach at tracks and partner gyms within 2km of Sector 45, 50, 99, and 93. I am there to push you, correct your form, and celebrate your small wins on the way to the big ones. If you are ready for real work, I am ready to coach you.
