About My Coaching Programs

My Programs

  • Small Batch Bootcamp: Best if you want structure. We cap these at 5 women to keep form corrections sharp. It is intense, fun, and consistency is the goal.
  • Semi-Private Coaching: You get your own personalized program but train alongside others. It is efficient, includes 24/7 gym access, and works well for those with specific goals like managing PCOS or regaining post-injury strength.
  • 1:1 Specialist Coaching: This is for when you need a microscope on your movement. Whether you are navigating complex rehab or mastering heavy powerlifting, you get my full, undivided attention.
