My Training Journey: Lifting, Records, and Growth

Fitness is not just theory to me. It is hours in the squat rack, failed reps, and the grind. Here is the work behind my philosophy.

When your coach screams 'Up', you have no other option. Hitting a new squat PR of 110kg at a bodyweight of 62kg. I'm always pushing my own limits.

Hitting a 140kg deadlift at 62kg bodyweight. This is the result of consistent work and trusting the process. Long way to go.

Actions speak louder than words. A new deadlift PR of 142.5kg. It's quiet, isn't it?

A look back at my journey over the last three years. The weights have gotten heavier, but the hard work and happiness have been constant.

I always dreamed of having my own business. Now that it's a reality, I know that hard work pays off, and I'll continue to work my ass off for that kid who had a dream.

A year from now, you will wish you had started today. Time leaves us with either regret or results. I choose results.

A physique update from my own journey. My coach told me to get jacked, and we're getting there. It's about focusing on the process for long-term success.

About My Journey: Practice What I Preach

When you see me hit a 142.5kg deadlift, it is not just a number on a screen. It is the result of the exact same principles I use for you: managed volume, smart recovery, and technical proficiency. I do not believe in training until you break. I believe in sustainable strength that keeps you lifting heavy for years, not just weeks.

People think lifting heavy is just about aggression. But that is where the industry gets it wrong. When I hit a heavy PR, it is not just 'going hard'. It is a result of calculated biomechanics, consistent bracing, and listening to my body's limits. I do not ask my clients to do anything I would not do myself.

Whether you are dealing with a recurring back injury or looking to get your first squat PR, the process is the same. We focus on the 'why' behind every rep. We analyze your movement patterns, adjust your load, and keep your goals sustainable. This is not about training to exhaustion for a few months and burning out. It is about building a body that stays strong for life.

I created BASE to be the space I wish I had when I started: a place where you are coached, not just monitored, and where your mental state is treated as part of your physical progress. If you are looking to get stronger in HSR Layout, let us focus on what actually moves the needle.

I am Arnima. I built BASE because I was tired of gyms that did not listen or care about the 'why'. My training is about getting strong in a way that actually lasts, without all the industry noise.
