I built BASE to be a safe, judgment-free space for anyone, especially women, who has ever felt out of place. Strength training gave me confidence and power, and I want to help you find that too. This is your invitation to prioritize yourself.
This is what it's all about. My client Malavika shares how she broke free from the weighing scale and now focuses on gaining muscle and feeling good. We work on building a healthy relationship with fitness, not treating it like a punishment.
It's never too late to start. I designed these seven simple, equipment-free exercises to help older adults, like my own mom, build strength safely at home. This is functional fitness for healthy aging, improving posture, and building confidence in daily movements.

Why I Created BASE
The fitness industry often feels like it's designed to make you feel small—literally and figuratively. After years of dealing with outdated advice and a toxic 'diet culture,' I realized that I had to do better. That’s why I started BASE in HSR Layout. I wanted to create a judgment-free space where people can learn the 'why' behind every exercise.

- Injury Rehab & Functional Strength: If you’re living with knee pain or back stiffness, you don't have to quit training. We use functional strength training to work around your pain, adjusting form and tempo to build resilience.
- The 'Why' Matters: I don't just give you a PDF. I teach you how to brace, hinge, and squat using proper technique so you become independent, not reliant on a coach for every single rep.
