Practice What I Preach: My Personal Training Journey
I believe a coach must lead by example. These clips show my own grind—the heavy lifts, the discipline, and the focus I expect from every client I train.
This is my focus zone. Heavy barbell squats are not just about lifting weight; they're about the grind, the form, and pushing your mental limits with every single rep. This is how we build strength that speaks for itself.
Every rep, every wrap, every drop of sweat builds the foundation. Today, I'm starting my powerlifting game. It's time to push my own limits and redefine what strength means.
In a world of trends, I choose to be a different animal. My training is about raw power and dedication, like in this heavy deadlift session.
You have to push harder and dig deeper to find greatness. It lives just beyond your current limits, and that's where I aim to be with every heavy bench press.
Mindset is everything. Here, I'm focused on close leg squats, a variation that requires immense concentration and control. Your mind will give up before your body does.
The will to keep going is what separates good from great. After a tough set, it's the determination to get back under the bar that builds true strength.
This is Sapate, the Indian push up. I'm doing 20 sets of 25 reps for a total of 500. This traditional wrestling exercise builds full body strength, from the shoulders and arms to the core and legs.
I get happier the harder it gets, because I know most people won't follow. This mindset turns a tough chest workout, from barbell press to dumbbell flys, into a competitive advantage.
Pushing limits means getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. Whether it's heavy deadlifts or high volume curls, I'm always turning the volume up on my workouts.
My philosophy is simple: don't ask for a lighter burden, build broader shoulders to carry it. This applies to every deadlift, bench press, and curl I do.
About Practice What I Preach: My Personal Grind
You see these clips of me hitting 190kg deadlifts? That is not for show. It is to demonstrate that if I ask you to push your limits, I have walked that exact road myself. I do not ask for anything I have not done. Fitness is not just about following a sheet or copying an influencer's trend; it is about respecting the technique and putting in the hard work every single day.
My philosophy is simple: technique first, strength follows. If you look closely at these videos, you will not see ego lifting. You see controlled, intentional movement. Whether I am doing heavy squats or traditional Sapate, my focus is on form. This is the same standard I bring to my personal training sessions in Yelahanka.
