Fitness should not be confusing or scary. Whether you are training with me in HSR or remotely, here is how we build a program that actually makes you stronger for the long run.

About How My Coaching Works

My process isn't just about counting reps. It starts with a real look at your health markers—bloodwork, stress levels, and sleep—before I ever write a program for you. We don’t guess; we test, assess, and then build a roadmap that fits your life, not a generic template.

I don’t believe in 'one size fits all.' If you have been doing random workouts found online or trying crash diets, you know it doesn’t last. At BASE, we do things differently.

The Start

Before you pick up a weight, we do a thorough health and lifestyle audit. I want to see your blood reports—lipid profile, Vitamin D, B12, and hormonal markers. This tells me exactly what your body needs to recover and grow. We also look at your sleep, stress, and current movement patterns to identify where we can make immediate improvements.

The Training

Whether you join my semi-private cohorts or 1:1 sessions in HSR Layout, the goal is the same: functional strength. We work on the basic human movement patterns so you get strong for life, not just for the gym. If you are training remotely, I still review your video footage for form corrections so you are not guessing your technique. You’ll learn how to move safely, prevent injury, and maximize your results.

Building Independence

My ultimate goal is that one day you don’t need me. I teach you the 'why' behind every set, every nutritional choice, and every recovery protocol. You aren't just paying for a trainer; you are learning how to manage your own health. Mental health bhi matter karta hai (mental health also matters), so we focus on consistency over intensity. We build a routine that actually sticks, so you can feel confident in your own skin.
