I don’t believe in cookie-cutter PDF plans. When we start, we look at your current diet (yes, even the stuff you think is healthy) and we break it down. For most, that means cutting out seed oils and cleaning up the protein source immediately. You get direct check-ins, not automated emails, because you need to know why you are doing what you are doing.
