When you approach me for a custom project, we start with the functionality. Whether it is a caddy for a bustling restaurant table or a set of plates for a corporate gifting hamper, I focus on how the piece will be held, used, and washed daily. I keep my designs practical for high-traffic environments while ensuring every piece carries the distinct, organic touch of hand-thrown pottery.
Collaboration is about the conversation. When I worked with Greenr Cafe for their Breach Candy outlet, the challenge was to create tableware that complemented their fresh aesthetic while standing up to the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Similarly, my participation in the Indian Ceramics Triennale and the Clay in Common project allowed me to push the boundaries of narrative ceramic design, moving from simple utilitarian forms to expressive installations.
Beyond commercial partnerships, I specialize in custom requests for homes and events. These might be a themed Rakhi gift hamper or a specific set of bowls designed to match your interior palette. Because I use high-fired stoneware, these items are durable enough for daily use but retain the character that mass-produced factory ceramics often lack.
