This project demonstrates our use of multi-level spaces to create dynamic interiors. The bridge connecting the upper floors becomes a functional design element that enhances the sense of volume and connection.
From our "Beehive" project, this image shows how a perforated screen can transform a simple room. The play of light and shadow creates a constantly changing, poetic atmosphere throughout the day.
Integrating art is key to personalizing a space. The custom "Tree of Life" mural in this family room is a testament to our belief in creating homes that reflect the identity and values of their owners.

About Our Design Philosophy in Practice
We start every project with a hand-drawn sketch and a conversation. Before any 3D rendering or blueprint begins, we map out how light moves through your home and how you will move through your space. This ensures that every double-height ceiling or window placement is not just an aesthetic choice, but a functional decision to make your home feel lighter and more spacious.
Our design approach centers on the concept of 'Belaku'—bringing light and life into every corner of the built environment. We do not believe in rigid, box-like structures. Instead, we advocate for open-plan living, where double-height ceilings and strategic light wells turn a standard apartment or villa into a breathing space.
Whether we are working on a compact city duplex or a sprawling villa, our process is anchored in biophilic principles. This means integrating indoor planters, water features, and large glass fenestrations that act as a bridge between your living room and the outdoors. In projects like our 'Jenu Goodu' (Beehive) home, we used perforated screens not just for privacy, but to capture the changing geometry of shadows throughout the day.
Our workflow is fully transparent:
- Concept Zoning: We establish how you live, move, and relax, using diagrams to clarify the circulation before we touch any permanent wall.
- Technical Integrity: From MEP layouts to joinery drawings, we ensure the aesthetic vision is backed by solid engineering.
- Execution: We provide periodic site visits to ensure that the materials—be it natural wood, brick, or concrete—are applied with the precision we intended.
