My vintage creations use the same high-quality base as my other bakes: scratch-made sponges, real butter, and fresh fruit compotes like my signature 3 Berry Victoria. I can do these detailed designs using almond flour or sugar-free sweeteners without sacrificing the structure or that signature ruffled look.
