Introducing my season special: the Cherryoclate cake. It's Belgian chocolate paired with the freshest cherries from Himachal. Chocolate sponges are soaked in cherry juice, filled with compote and fresh cherries, and covered in ganache.

About Cherry on Top Creations

I’m obsessed with using fresh produce, so I don't touch those artificial, neon-red maraschino cherries you see everywhere. For my Black Forest and Cherryoclate cakes, I’m using actual, juicy Himachal cherries that I cook down into a compote myself. It makes the flavor so much punchier, and you'll definitely taste the difference between this and a standard bakery cake the second you take a bite.
