Here's a look inside my mini vintage cake. This is my 3 Berry Victoria flavour, featuring layers of fluffy vanilla sponge and my signature house-made berry compote, all wrapped in pretty pink buttercream. I believe a cake should taste even better than it looks, and this cross-section proves it.

Jumping on the kunafa trend, but doing it my way. This video introduces my Kunafa Brownie, a fudgy brownie encasing a crunchy Kunafa pistachio praline, topped with Belgian dark chocolate ganache and more pistachios. It's an insane flavour and texture combination you have to try.
