Why I Bake This Way

I know the struggle - you want dessert, but your body or your diet says no. I started Chubby Baker & Co. to prove that healthy desserts can actually taste good. No fake promises, just real treats you can enjoy without worrying about sugar spikes or weird aftertastes.

What Makes My Desserts Different

  • When I say zero sugar, I mean it. No hidden sweeteners, no sneaky ingredients. Only Erythritol, never Maltitol or aspartame.
  • Everything is made with raw, kitchen-style ingredients. No chemicals, no numbers, nothing you can't pronounce.
  • All my bakes are super low on the glycemic index, so they're truly diabetic-friendly desserts.

What’s On The Menu

  • Keto protein cake bars: Peanut Butter & Jelly (20g protein) and Chocolate Berry (18g protein). Eggless, grain-free, and sugar-free.
  • Zero sugar cheesecake: Basque Burnt Cheesecake, plain or with strawberry compote.
  • Gluten-free almond flour cakes: Chocolate, berry, and more. No wheat, just pure almond flour.
  • Vegan energy balls: (Ladoos) made with Medjool dates, gluten-free, and plant-based. Flavours like Belgian Chocolate Roasted Almond and Toasted Cashew & Coconut.
  • Special vegan cakes and cupcakes pop up often - always eggless, low carb, and unique.

My Story

Desserts, for me, are memories. I still remember those Malu Christian tutors, their homes smelling like Christmas, and me peeking into their kitchens, wondering how Miss Marrykutty made fruit cake so perfect or why Miss Thomas’s cashew marzipan was next level. Baking became my way to recreate those childhood mysteries. As a queer baker, I’ve carved out my own space, open to all who want to support the community. My family, my cats, friends - they’re my backbone. This space? It’s for us.

My Work

Custom Cakes & Desserts - I bake vintage Lambeth cakes, naughty theme cakes, cupcakes, brownies, Basque cheesecakes, and dessert carts for events.

Clean Ingredients Only - Everything’s made fresh in-house. No weird stuff, just honest kitchen staples.

Healthy-ish & Diabetic-Friendly - Zero-sugar, keto, gluten-free, and diabetic-friendly desserts. My protein bars for events have up to 20g protein.

Cakes with Attitude - Want something thoda hatke? Custom cakes, giant cookies, funny requests, breakup cakes, anything wild - I love it.
