Standard Access Plan
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: Limited to 3 days per week (approx. 12 sessions per month).
- Duration: 45 to 60 minutes of active workout time per session.
- Booking: Fixed batch timings (Morning or Evening slots).
Workouts Included
- Dance Fitness: High-energy choreography set to Tollywood, Kollywood, and Bollywood chartbusters.
- Step Aerobics: Cardio endurance routines using standard plastic studio steppers.
- Format: Group-focused instruction with follow-the-leader style.
Facility Specs
- Studio: Air-conditioned hall with wooden laminate flooring and wall-to-wall mirrors.
- Storage: Open shoe racks and basic shelf storage for bags.
- Equipment: Shared use of studio step boards and basic foam mats.

- This plan excludes access to weekend workshops, Strength training days, and diet counseling.
Unlimited Premium Plan
Schedule & Access
- Frequency: Unlimited access to all group classes from Monday to Saturday.
- Flexibility: Guaranteed spot even during peak hours (6 PM to 8 PM).
- Duration: Full 60-minute intense sessions.
Comprehensive Workout Types
- Strength & Conditioning: Dedicated muscle toning using body weight and light dumbbells.
- Power Yoga: Vinyasa-style flows to improve mobility and balance.
- Advanced Cardio: High-intensity interval training (Tabata) and fast-paced Step Aerobics.
- Dance: Full access to all dance fitness sessions.

You’ll hear everything from Bollywood beats to Tollywood hits, and honestly, you’ll probably forget you’re working out half the time.
How We Move
No boring routines here. I mix it up every session so your body never gets too comfy. Expect:
- Dance & Zumba (Bollywood dance workout is our jam)
- Strength training group sessions with dumbbells and kettlebells
- High-intensity cardio classes like Step Aerobics, Tabata, and classic Aerobics
- Power yoga for flexibility and core work to cool down

My Story
Hey, we’re GKMovez - basically a wild, happy family of dancers who live for good vibes and making memories. Started our studio in Bangalore out of pure love for dance, especially those crazy Telugu, Tamil, and Bollywood beats. Here, no script, no stress, just music and your own swag. We celebrate everything together - festivals, small wins, even chai breaks. If you want peace, fun, and a bit of madness, you’ll fit right in.
