About Join Our Classes
The best part about these sessions is that you will actually look forward to showing up. Since we rotate between dance fitness, step aerobics, and strength training throughout the week, your body never gets bored, and neither do you.
We do not believe in boring, repetitive routines here. My goal is to get your heart rate up using a mix of Bollywood, Tollywood, and Kollywood beats that actually make you want to move. Whether you are a total beginner or a gym regular, you will find a spot in our studio where you can just be yourself.
Here is how you can train with us:
- Standard Access Plan: Perfect if you are starting out or have a busy schedule. This gets you 12 sessions per month (3 days a week) focusing on dance fitness and step aerobics. It is all about consistency without the pressure.
- Unlimited Premium Plan: If you want to level up, this covers everything. You get daily access (Monday to Saturday) to our full range, including strength and conditioning, power yoga, and HIIT sessions.
We are located in Basaveshwar Nagar with a studio that is fully air-conditioned, featuring wooden flooring and mirrors, so you can check your form while you sweat. We have shared mats and props, so just bring your energy and water bottle. I keep class sizes manageable so you get enough space to move and enough support to keep your form on point. I am GK, and I started this studio because I believe fitness should be the best part of your day, not a punishment. I am here to make sure you get a great workout while having fun, whether we are sweating through a HIIT circuit or grooving to the latest Tollywood tracks.
