I prepare a serene and intentional environment for every sound bath. Surrounded by healing instruments like Tibetan singing bowls and a conch shell, you are invited to simply rest and receive the restorative frequencies.

About The Sound Healing Experience
In my diagnostic sessions, I don't just play bowls—I use them to scan your body for resonance and energetic blocks. During these 75-minute sessions, I place Tibetan singing bowls directly on you to guide vibrations deep into your tissue, helping me tailor the gong and chime sequence to your specific needs, whether that is chronic pain or persistent insomnia.
How My Sound Therapy Works
Sound, frequency, and vibration are my primary tools. I use a curated set of 7 Tibetan singing bowls, tingsha bells, and rainsticks to help you tune into what your body is holding. During group sound baths, which I host at partner studios like Studio Beat Roots in Jayanagar and WOW Fitness in ISRO Layout, we use dimmed lighting and rose petal altars to create a container where you can let go.
Group vs. 1-on-1 Sessions
- Group Sound Bath Workshops: These are 75 to 90-minute sessions for 10 to 20 people. It is about collective energy and the shared experience of deep relaxation. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the waves of sound wash over you.
- 1-on-1 Diagnostic Sound Therapy: This is highly personalized. We start with a pre-session consultation, then move into a vibrational body scan. I use direct-contact healing, placing bowls on your body to target specific issues like anxiety or muscle tension. The session finishes with 10 minutes of grounding silence and advice on hydration and rest protocols to help you integrate the healing.
