About Skill Workshops: Master Your Moves

These sessions focus on the micro-adjustments in body tension and footwork that actually get you to the next hold. You will spend 2.5 hours with a 1:15 coach-to-climber ratio, getting direct feedback on your form during high-intensity dynos and overhang climbs right here in our Malleshwaram facility.

Our Dyno Sessions are designed to help you stop overthinking and start trusting your momentum. We break down the physics of the jump, the landing, and the catch.

What Happens in a Workshop

Each session follows a structured, yet fast-paced flow:

  • Warm-up & Drills: We begin with specific floor-to-wall progressions to prime your muscles for dynamic movement.
  • Technical Breakdown: You will work on individual components like footwork precision, hip positioning, and generate power through your core.
  • 1:1 Coaching: With a batch size limited to 15, you get real-time corrections. We don't just tell you what to do; we show you how to adjust your center of gravity to stick the landing.
  • Video Analysis: We use video feedback so you can see your movement from an outside perspective, which makes fixing habits much easier.
