A typical session at our gym involves a variety of movements to build a well-rounded physique. Here, a member works on cardiovascular endurance on the rower, builds chest strength with a dumbbell press, and finishes with core exercises.
We focus on functional strength that prepares your body for real-world movements. This workout uses a BOSU ball to challenge stability during core exercises, a key component for improving balance and reducing injury risk.
