The Training Split
Our conditioning is split into two primary focus areas:
- Strength & Power: In our Sector 10 gym, we focus on posterior chain strength using squat racks, Olympic barbells, and kettlebells. This isn't about size, it's about force production—the kind of explosive power that helps you clear the ropes.
- Agility & Movement: Using our indoor turf, we run speed drills with cones and ladders. This helps reduce injury risk and improves your ability to pivot, charge, and recover quickly between wickets.
Where We Train
We operate out of two dedicated hubs in Noida. Our Sector 10 centre is where the heavy lifting happens—this is your primary gym zone for strength and functional training. When it's time to refine technique, our Sector 74 outdoor academy provides the space to apply that conditioning to real-match scenarios.
